Does this happen to anyone else? I open minecraft, with the mod in the mods folder, and the mod works... but everytime it has to load in a dragon egg it'll crash. Wether I place one down, or a wild dragon's nest. I cleared my bin, and tried multiple things. Any ideas? Jade

For some reason, I can no longer make hybrid dragons in this build. I finally got a really cool hybrid and I was looking forward to hatching it, but it didn't work. It just gave me a regular iron egg.

to download the update you just click on the link in the message above dragonfire-5.3.0.jar It should start to download unless you have a fire wall up mine asks me to keep the file or not and I say yes. Then I replace this file with the older file. Hope that helps.

i dont think the server is up and chis if u go to the mod tab on the home page and at the top it shoulf say dragonfire-0.5.3.0.jar that is the new updated vershon

The forge version I used to run this mod was 1.12.2 . It works well with that version, and doesn't cause any problems for me.

It's because they renamed the dragon to Magnus so the eggs will turn into iron eggs

i just became a member and downloaded this mod for my son and he tells me that the game crashes whenever he tries to spawn/catch a bewildebeast dragon. Is this a known issue? it only appears to happen for bewildebeast dragons so far.

@ShiNina Nelson, Its forge 1.12.2. Go to https://files.minecraftforge.net, click 1.12, and choose 1.12.2, then click installer. if on windows i think the mod might work for 1.12, click windows installer. Next go to files, and the one with the forge icon, click on it. Then, choose what you want to do and click ok. it should start downloading.

Hi, we downloaded the mod and it's running fine but the /command isn't working. I'm not sure if this is a glitch or if I'm doing something wrong. T is also not working. I did switch the LAN to allow cheats so I'm not sure what's going on but thought I'd post ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

For my issue, it is the latest version of Dragonfire on Minecraft Java through Forge. I've never tried using commands before so I am not familiar with this but I did a bunch of reading and I think I'm doing it right lol

Type %appdata% in search bar in the Start Menu or next to Cortana and it will open the Appdata Folder. 2. Inside the appdata folder, double click on Roaming folder. 3. Inside the Roaming folder double click on .Minecraft folder. 4. If you have forge installed and have mods folder inside the Minecraft folder paste the mods. jar file into the mods folder. If not you have to create a new folder and rename it mods)\

Have downloaded the recent mod, installed and uninstalled many times because it keeps crashing EVERY time. I have found that there is another version was created yesterday (on another site that may or may not be legit) but this is driving me insane. Lots of free mod's out there, but want to be legit and pay for the work, but this is ridiculous.

On a chromebook in the Linux Beta I have installed the latest version of Minecraft Java Edition, 1.16.2, and the also installed the corresponding version of Forge. After placing the .jar files for this mod in the .minecraft/mods folder and launching Minecraft in the Forge installation I receive an error message stating the mod requires and older version of Forge. I have tried to then install older versions of Forge going back 1-2 years but continue to receive the same error. Can anyone provide some direction on how to make this work?

Ok! So, you need to go into your hotbar and type in %appdata% and hit enter. Hit the folder called .minecraft, then find the folder called mods. Open that and drag the Dragonfire mod into it. Then launch Minecraft Forge 1.12.2. If it doesn't work, feel free to message me!

EVERYONE has to have the right Forge. It won't say that you have the wrong one. The one I found that works is Forge (1.12.2) 14.23.5.2854 so try that! Take care everyone!
