Hey all, the bad news for me is that I've been home sick for the last few days. The good news for you all is that I've had a ton of extra free time to work on D&D homebrew. Enjoy a first look at my take on the Alternate Barbarian!

Rage: Some quality of life changes to keep you Raging longer, and look! now you get. to roll dice for Rage Damage (more fun for criticals)!

Savage Exploits: Do more in combat than just chop the closest enemy!

Improved Critical: Brutal Critical was fun when it happened, but Barbarians really should be Critical Hit - the Class. Less damage on a crit, but hopefully more crits!

Controlled Rage: Now it is easier to use your Rage out of combat!

Indomitable/Legendary Might: Now you're the strongest thing alive!

Is the hit points at first level supposed to be 10 + Constitution Modifier? If so, why the change?

This feels like to much giving them both exploits and insane crit range especially with them possibly having three attacks with berserker. What there exploits going to be like are they going to be the same as fighter?

Yeah it’s a first version so I may need to pear it back a bit. There will be some Exploit overlap with the fighter. Any of the more “brutal” ones will probably be shared, but the more “technical ones” won’t be.
