Dragon Druid? Dragon Druid! The Circle of the Scales is my take on the draconic druid subclass that should have been in Fizban's Treasury of Dragons.

It's based on the Circle of the Moon adjacent subclasses that I've put out in the past (Circle of the Ancients, Depths, and Guardian), but this one is all about DRAGONS! 

Is it too powerful? Probably (maybe), but I am definitely open to feedback. You do need to spend a spell slot to use your empowered Wild Shape...

I don't think the beast you wildshape into should gain temporary hit points and you have to option to add on even more teporary hit points. I think that first spell slot expended should only give the AC bonus and the elemental resistance.

Thanks for the feedback. I was actually unsure about adding that feature in. I feel like I need to go through the Wild Shape options and see how much it would improve the best options.
