This month's winning idea comes from notadmittingit :

Very tan blonde in a suggestion of a topless harem girl outfit. She's lying on top of her own WOW-sized tits and looking back over her shoulder at the viewer with bedroom eyes. "Thank you for choosing me, My Sultan."

Patron direction included: ass-length or so hair, tied towards the bottom, Tifa Lockhart style; classic harem girl gear - gauzy, transparent, silk, with poofy pants, but no shoes; breast at least twice or more her height in diameter, each; some jewelry.
