*BONUS* WIPs: Sketch #82, "Wet B.E. Contest" (Patreon)

I normally don't show Work-In-Progress images for sketches, but I thought it might be a good time for a bonus post. These are a little simpler than my standard WIPs, but show a rough progression (for example, the coloring is mostly in 1 step).

4  -  Color : watercolor (gouache-like)

6  -  Rough background of crowd on beach
