This month's idea comes from That New Shoe Smell :

grOw/cOmic 6 "what if" scenario where Karisha and Lidiya go through with a drunken, growth contest.

While this scenario was an early concept that I had intended for grOw/cOmic 6, it was abandoned when I expanded the series to 8 issues before it was developed. Thus, I allowed the patron to set-up the scene ("I've been imagining the girls standing across from each other on either side of the barn (sides with the stalls) with their breasts meeting in the middle, with one being a little larger than the other. Karisha is swooning to the growth, falling a bit behind Lidiya who is still fervently chugging M.O.O. bottles, determined to win.")

The lactation was not part of That New Shoe Smell's entry, but since it IS part of the original comic, I will be making its inclusion as an alternate version.

And since this came from a cOmic that I had already done, and had the 3D scenes for, it was easy to add a background to the image, which are not usually part of the commissions.
