This sketch idea came from patron Eyestalk64's entry into the July 2021 Color  Commission (and came in a respectful 2nd place) :

MaryBeth is being force-fed milk from a hose to help her grow accustomed to having massive tits. She's wearing only panties and the torn remains of her nightshirt that her tits clearly burst out of. Marybeth's boobs are bigger than beanbag chairs, spraying milk everywhere as they grow. She's barely standing under their weight, grappling and gr0ping them as they get bigger and heavier.
