Remake/sequel to the scene from Bruce Almighty where his wife Grace (Jennifer Aniston) asks "Have my boobs gotten bigger?", only this time they've gotten so massive, they're straining her tank top and resting on the kitchen table, while Bruce (Jim Carrey) is smiling from ear to ear.
