This month's winning idea comes from patron notadmittingit :

A return to the convenience store visited in one of the old Big Tit Fantasy comics. The counter has been cut down to knee height and a new cashier is standing behind it - an asian girl whose tits rest on the new counter and bulge up to her chin and well out past the counter line. A sign on the wall behind her says "NO SEX DURING PURCHASES UNDER $50", and she's clearly hoping her next customer will spend that much.
