Female scientist discovers BTE: Big Tit Energy, and she is overwhelmed by the power. Her breasts begin to swell and grow to massive proportions.

Further discussion with the patron resulted in the cementing of other aspects of the illustration — breast size (bean bag); face (similar to big-boob model Minka); surprised look; and flowing scientist overcoat.
