This month's winning idea is inspired by patron notadmittingit, who entered this idea to the July 2020 Black and White Commission poll: 

A shot of the last party thrown by the graduating class at the women's university from your old picture about mandatory use of the breast-enhancer-enlarger, starring the girl in the original comic who'd used the Wonderful Device more often than required, and had the notion that she or someone equally enthusiastic might have deliberately stayed at the school for as long as she could to attain greater and greater sizes.
