Idea inspired from Aramis87's April 2020 Commission entry: 

Poison Ivy from the new Harley Quinn cartoon. She has perfected the formula that turned her into a Giantess in the show and is currently drinking it. She is not only growing in size, but her breasts are becoming massive as well. She is sitting back, caressing her new assets and becoming lost in the pleasure. A tiny Harley Quinn for size reference warning her about going crazy with the pleasure (Harley knows a bit about crazy.)
