Commission Rule Adjustment? (Patreon)

I am debating making a Rule change to the Commissions, and I wanted to know your thoughts.

The change is this:  While you still can only enter ONCE per month, you may CHOOSE into which Commission level that entry goes, up to a maximum equal to your Patron level.

For example:  $6 Supporters can enter EITHER into the Color, B&W, or Sketch level.  $4 Admirers can enter EITHER into B&W or Sketch. $2 Followers can only enter the Sketch level.

WHY?  Many higher-level Patrons are entering into the Color Commission, but very few lower-level Patrons are entering at all.  (E.g. - March's entries:  17 Color, 5 Black & White, 5 Sketch). 

Note: The "equalizing" second-chance at having your idea made into art will still remain. I will continue to pull most of the ideas for non-Commission art (monthly grOw illustrations, sketches, etc.) from the pool of non-winner from all Patron levels.

Thoughtful discussion is welcome in the comments. This poll will not be the only determining factor.  A decision will be made by me for the May Commissions. (April's rules will remain the same.)
