SizeCon was conceived, developed, and run by people who live in or near New York City, which is why the Con is here. They are not “general con organizers” and have full day jobs. Unless someone outside this group takes up the mantle of con-organizer for their locale, I doubt SizeCon will ever be outside this area. It would be impossible for those who do this. That said, I am sure the SizeCon would “lend” the name and knowledge to those who want to recreate it in their neck of the woods. (I believe.)
