This month's grOw illustration comes from E5PhgacMVeF23gac9QAtEzrs6, who submitted this idea as a Color Commission entry for November, as well as a reappearance in December. I liked the idea of exploring that sketch, so I crafted it fully into a color image:

The Asian Woman from the sketch archives, which can also be seen in the background of the Patreon page is experiencing massive nipple expansion and her breast are bloating with milk. She is wearing black stockings and open toe high heels.
