I've been meaning to ask, will Carl ever switch off some of his reality changes, i.e. no longer have women be taller or be affected by what they eat?

Always a possibility. When the aforementioned realities get in his way, he can then change them back.

If I had to guess it would either be the Sister or Heather and Heidi teased at the end of part 12 is going to the same nunnery as the girls in Blooming of Bonnie or the college that Carl goes to is the same one in either Grow 4 or Grow 6 cheerleading team goes there. That would be my only guess.
