This month's winning idea comes from XtheTank :

Tinkerbell sticking through the door lock. She tried to remove herself but her butt has just grown to size 12 and her breasts to size 14, ripping her clothes and trapping her in the lock.

The second rough sketch was an attempt to have Tinkerbell trying to push herself out with her legs. It didn't really work, so we stayed with the original concept.
