This month's concept comes from notadmittingit, who decidedly won this month's Grayscale contest — 47 v 26 votes.

Winning idea:

The sunbather from the end of Wishful Thinking returns, mumbling something like "Mmmmm, more... bigger than that..." as she grows through Size 16 or so. Dealer's choice for 'camera angle'.

The background is one I did for one of my Paid Commissions, and is one of the best beach images I created from scratch.
