Hey everyone!  Here's my reaction to episode 27!!!  Our competition gets an upgrade to an actual firefighting situation in this one, thanks to some interference!  Which leads to a revelation about the Raidrisers and Shotrisers....!!!  Also, I was SO sad when our Humagear firefighter friend had to sacrifice himself!!!!  :(  I feel like we get a little deeper into the over-arching drama each ep...can't wait to see what happens next!  Great ep!  Enjoy!  ~ MH

I absolutely LOVE that fight scene between Jin and Gai! Now the fate of the Humagears is going to be decided by a public vote, who will they side with? Well you'll just have to watch to find out!

OMG same!!!!!!!!! XD Such a great battle!! Oh man, my prediction after watching this ep was that it would not go well because of the public's already bad view of Hiden.....!! :/

Hey there! Sorry I'm late, just got something to do. When the episode is aired, someone did mentioned that Zero-One series is really like that it gonna present how good boss are. It's not only affect the children, but also salary men and a lot of working people. Yeah, even that Aruto is a newby, but he's really nice and kind to his underlings. That how it should be. Oh! Aruto's actor just mentioned in an interview that the fight of Zero-One and Thouser gonna end soon, but he didn't mentioned how it will end up. I really scary if Thouser will turn to the good side, like his character quite not right that kind. Anyway, since you are at episode 27, it's mean 2 more episode until the end of arc 2! Oh god... for now, the last episode is 35, which mean you will reach that episode in only a month! Well, they gonna start to air it again 21st june, but there are possiblity that the series got cut down. Maybe only 10 episode left. But I'm not sure when will you reach that point and how it will end up. We might got only an epiosde a week. But actually, if you catch up at that point and you do the reaction exactly at the point after its air, we might able to share our opinion about those episode. Right now, Zero-One final form is announced, but the movie details still a secret. Also the next rider. How do you think it will be like? Also, how will the final episode of Zero-One will be like? Absolutely not Ohma Zero-One LOL. But I hope that the 5 riders will team up and defeat the last boss like the final pose in the very end of the opening. It's good, it's great, it's awesome! Oh god... that's a Den-O reference... Fun Fact: The final scene where Aruto is try to think the script for the debate, he said that he will seal his gags for a while since this is a serious moment. But he accidentally make one during that speech. And then Izu REAL×EYEZ it. Oh my god...

Hey, no worries! Thanks for stopping by and chatting about the ep! That's a great point that the series is setting a good example for both kids and adults about how bosses should treat their employees!!! I hadn't even thought of that! Ohhhh that's interesting about the interview....I can't imagine Gai becoming a good guy, but who knows!!! I think you're right that I might get caught up just in time for the show to start airing again! I wonder if the series did get cut down?? Here I am thinking it will go to like ep 45 - 50, but it's possible it might be shorter due to the hiatus! It would be fun if I was current and we could all be on the same page about what's going on!!! They announced the new Rider?! OMG!!! I can't wait to know more! I actually can't imagine how they'll end Zero One....!!! HAHA definitely not Ohma Zero-One LOL!! Oh that's such a fun fact about Aruto making a joke by accident during the speech!! And Izu REALxEYEZ-ing it!!!!!!!! XD I love them together!! Thanks for all the info!

In this episode, ZAIA and Hiden compete in a firefighting rescue competition. One thing I think that got overlooked easily is Yua vs IchiIchiKyu-nosuke (119-nosuke) is the aftermath scene. We often see Yua treated less as an employee and more as a tool by Gai, the CEO of ZAIA. I think the difference between how Gai and Aruto treats their employees differently could have been portrayed a little better because its not quite in your face. What is profound about the scene of Hiden Aruto touching 119's Humagear body that's been heated up by the building fire, and carrying him out of the building, is the respect a CEO has for an employee or even a Humagear who does not directly work under Hiden Intelligence. He treats all people and humagears as friends or family. Yua could not believe her eyes about two things. How could Aruto, a CEO president, even if he is an amateur with no business or managerial background, treat Humagears so well like humans. Employees are simply tools in the world of ZAIA, like Yua, they are expendable. Secondly, Aruto treats Humagears as irreplaceable, who 'should' be disposable because they are replaceable inorganic beings. "My employee worked hard for me/my company" Aruto says, with a proud smile. The level of respect Aruto gives to his employees, even if they are Humagears, is authentic and without bias or favoritism. Yua's world was shaken. This show is very tricky because of the concept of AI, singularity, vs the human mind, morality, and whether we truly have freedom of choice/will, as well as the concept of dreams. How do you know you exist, how do you know your actions and desires are truly your own, how do you know your dream is truly yours. Very difficult philosophical questions Zero-One season could not have come out at a better time when it started airing around the time when AI is becoming more commonly used in our technology on the internet and cars. In the future we might have AI robots in public. This show forces us to question what kind of future should we have with AI robots. Do robots have human/rights? Are we able to keep a boundary b/w us, or can we be a family? Can we marry them? Do they have souls? Is the soul in our brain/neural network or heart as humans? Is the soul in the motherboard/chips/circuit and internet network, or processors for robots? The topic of robots and AI is extremely difficult to tackle, and this show did a good job in tackling this complex idea despite some issues or flaws.

I love this episode! I agree that this really demonstrates how Aruto sees all Humagears as friends/family. And it does raise some truly interesting, and poignant for today's world, questions/issues about AI. I think they did a great job too, especially since at the end of the day, this is a kids' show and has a huge priority to sell cool toys, not necessarily have such an intricate, complex, and philosophically deep story!!! Just another reason to love Kamen Rider :D
