Hey everyone!  Here's my reaction to episode 10!  OH MY GOSH......I'm still in shock from this episode!  Am I naive to be hopeful about Norman?!  I just simply can't believe it ends this way for him!  His goodbye, the crying kids, Emma's outburst, the flashbacks to tiny Norman and Emma.....it's all just too heartbreaking!  I wanted to SMACK that mom when she threatened Emma, and when she trying to convince Emma to be a mom candidate!  How many drugs must this lady be on to think that Emma would ever willingly raise and ship off babies to be killed?!?!?!  Just when I thought my soul couldn't be crushed any further....it seems that Emma and Ray might not be out of ideas after all!!!!  Great ep, I can't wait to see what happens next!  Enjoy!  ~ MH

This show has been so emotionally draining for the last couple episodes, poor Melissa! Here's to hoping they can come up with a satisfying ending in the last two episodes! Speaking of the end, and sorry to move the conversation away from the show... But do you know what's coming next after this show's over? Is there a place we can make suggestions for a new show, or do we simply wait for a poll? (Or maybe you've already decided on what's next, or maybe you've decided to leave it open and empty to give yourself some breathing room!)

When I first watched this episode I cried pretty hard and felt so weird for a few days, haha. He was such a brilliant and kind-hearted character. One thing I noticed is how Mom changed her expression to maybe...sad? When leaving Emmas room. Still evil but underneath it all, I wonder what's going on.

I mean is Isabella that bad tho? Its not like she has a say in this. In her mind you either become a mom or just die and thats exactly what she told Emma. She even said " "Who would become such a thing" is that what you thought? But then, what can you do?" Mom is surviving in the same environment that they are. I feel like she does care for Emma thats why she's giving her the option to become an adult. That's the only way to survive since Isabella doesnt think escaping is possible. Its a bit sick and twisted but she cant really do more for these kids other than try to convince them to stop fighting and live the rest of these fabricated lives happily.

"let's hope we get a win guys!" - oh no. This episode really hit hard. I've had my fair share of sad anime deaths. But just the way Norman walks towards it with an empty suit case makes me cry.

I really never know what to say in the comments with these episodes because they are emotionally draining. It's not even worry of hinting to you on what will or will not go down; it's just so hard to process what happened each time an ep ends. And grrrr to Isabella, how she's sinisterly pursuing with the "best intentions", explaining it evilly sweet to Emma. I understand circumstances, and that she prob had to go through some things to make her like this nevertheless I can't help but to loathe her cause anyone rn who is not our kids is an enemy. I cant help but ignore any kind of "compassion" coming from outside the inner circle. Cause I just want to see them outside. Each episode is like do or die. It's kinda like bloodlust lowered when Isabella was asked if she was happy and quickly concealed again in a millisecond. She is a monster all throughout her being. Oh NORMAN!! I hope ur unicorn has two ply 😢

kamenriderhime

Hahahaha!!!! Thank you! So, there were two other anime from the last poll that people really wanted, but they came in third and fourth....so my plan is to watch those next! Next week I'll start filming one (I really wanna say it but I'm thinking maybe I'll just surprise you guys on the schedule!!!!) and when I'm done with season 2 of One Punch Man (in a little over 3 weeks) I'll start the other!!!! :D

kamenriderhime

Omg same!!!!!!!!! He was!!!!!! Yeah, very true, I think there's more to Mom, even though she's very hate-able at the same time haha.

kamenriderhime

I see what you mean, and I know Isabella is a victim in this situation in a way, also. It's just really hard for me to see that when she's being calculated, arranging shipments, breaking Emma's leg, threatening Emma's life, etc. It's a complex relationship and I know that she's not a black-and-white character by any means. I guess my gut reaction to her was just utter disgust because of my attachment to the kids and overall "trigger" about stuff involving hurting children!

kamenriderhime

Oh gawd hahaha!!!!!!! Oh man, right?!?!!? I mean, I watched through Naruto and this one still left me reeling. I'm still in shock and after this episode and really expected/hoped he was still alive somehow...!

kamenriderhime

I hear you!!!!!! Well, I can tell you at this point that I've finished watching the rest of the season! But, I appreciate your discretion with the spoilers anyway, because I know there are a few folks who are watching along with me and aren't caught up on the rest of the season yet!!!!!! Oh I know, "evilly sweet" is like the best way to describe Mom's interactions lol. And yes, she definitely is somewhat a victim here too, but you said it when you said that right now anyone working against our kids just really comes off as an enemy! Yes, I noticed Isabella's reaction when she was asked if she was happy too!!!!!!! Just a quick moment, but noticeable. OMG my unicorn lol!!!!!! For Promised Neverland, I loaded it up with the good stuff: 3 ply with lotion :P
