Hey everyone!  Here's my reaction and review of season 2, episode 9.  What a tense and intriguing episode!!!  Even though we had almost all dialogue, I still feel like we don't have a real grasp on who's pulling the strings with the whole human/Titan alliance!!!  I was proud of Eren for trying (emphasis on the word trying lol) to stay calm and get some info from Reiner and Bertholdt.  Also, why does it make me so sad that Reiner has a split in his personality from the stress of trying to reconcile his Titan/Warrior self with his "soldier" self?!?!  Can't wait to see what happens next!  Great ep!  Enjoy!  ~ MH

Hange was talking about the Titan that was found on top of Conny's house. I forgot that this episode was mostly dialog, but man was it good dialog. After this, though, it's time to Shinzou wo Sasageyo! You're probably going to finish watching this season by the time you post the next episode Wednesday, but until then... Not yet, eh?

This one is really nice, no action, just talking, and oh boy, it was intense. It seems they want us to feeeeeel about Reiner little issue. About Marco, they found kinda HALF of is body (there are some jokes about this on the internet...). Annie got his gear, and she was apologyzing to a body (maybe Marco ?). But the how he died was never adressed. Jean even talked about this, something like "he died without anyone seing him". By the way, this very short scene with Marco happened really later in the manga. I don't know if this is the case for this season already, but at least starting season 3, the mangaka worked with the anime's team to adjust the story (for the anime). I am just bringing this to point out that it is very nice that the mangaka have a real decision power on this thing, which I guess doesn't happen that much. It is the first time they mention this, but Ragako is the name of Conny's village. So you already know who is the titan who couldn't walk. They said "captured titan", so I guess this is what "confused" you a bit. You probably have already watch the next episode, if so you would have noticed that this one also need a lot of attention, we will see this wednesday. Can't wait ;) Thanks ! Edit : I almost forgot ! Not yet, eh ?

Yes! I'll be reacting to season 3 right after season 2, minus any OVAs folks think are necessary for me to see :)

Nice reaction. Indeed I agree, this episode was truly intense, especially considering there was no action/fights. You can feel the emotion/rage put to every sentence. Especially the part between Eren - Bertholdt where Eren said, "What the hell you were thinking when I told you?". I was shaking during that part.

Thank you so much!! Very true...the dialogue really is intense all by itself! And that line from Eren was so powerful as well!!!!!!! XD
