Hey everyone!  Here's my reaction and review of episode 2 of The Witcher!  Yennifer's story was just heartbreaking, and I couldn't believe the little twist about her and her friend at the end!  It was really interesting to see Cirilla deal with her people a bit more one on one, not as a member of the royal family.  I think it was interesting that she found some really bad stuff in their nature but good stuff in her new Elf friend's nature!  Speaking of Elves, we do a lot more world-building about Elves and magic in this ep!  Watching Geralt and his new bard "friend" interact was priceless!!  Really enjoying the series so far - great ep!  Enjoy!  ~ MH

It wasnt the Elfs that attacked Cintra, it was Nilfgaard. The ones in the black armor. We again see that a race isnt just evil, no one is bornd evil. Some just choose to do what is best for them, and ignore others. The rectoress of Aritusa is called Tissaia de Vries. Also the young Mage, Istredd, told Yennefer a important worldbuilding story. Humans and Monsters came to this world during the Conjunction of the Spheres. So Humans did in this world what humans did in our world. Arrived in a new Land, Learned form the natives, and then killed them. The Song that the bard worte, was after this episode everywhere on the internet. I am suprised you did not hear it, or the name of it already. I could refresh youtube or any socialmedia site without there being mention of that song. Or cover artist already playing their mix. The Song is called "Toss a coin to your Witcher" it will be easy to find if you like it :D

Oh okay, sorry for the misunderstanding! I thought maybe Nilfgard was the name of the Elves' kingdom. Thanks for clearing it up! Exactly - there's a lot of exploration of morality and good vs. evil vs. just indifferent in this series haha. Thanks for explaining so much! I can't believe I haven't heard that song before!!!!!! I'll go look it up so I can hear the full version! Thanks again :D
