Hey everyone! Here it is - my reaction to season 2 episode 2 of Arcane! Omg, we caught up with what's going on in the undercity in this one and....like how am I rooting for Jinx now?! And Sevika?!?!?! Talk about the lesser of two evils! I had things all wrong with Jinx, she's totally the underdog right now. And seeing Vi come in with a gas mask and enforcer uniform.....sheesh!!! That's harsh! We also get some great stuff here with Echo and Heimerdinger!!!! It seems our worlds are colliding again! Enjoy!! ~ MH

Hi Hime :) And yes, Victor is robot magic Jesus now lol. No clearly, with his miracle and the light illuminating him, plus his cane echoing Jesus or Moses, this is the imagery they are going towards. I am personally on episode 4, but am intrigued by the direction his character will take, right, corrupted by the hexcore? We will see. Regarding Cait, I feel like I'm going to suffer this season, because her rage is just the beginning, I can tell you... Vi and Jinx it's probably going to be heartbreaking again, because even if Vi accepted her role as enforcer because Cait offered it to her and defended her, that Jinx seemed lost forever, Jinx seeing her sister become those who killed her parents, probably won't help their relationship. But at least she can have a new family, with Sevika and the child following her. Okay this is just my headcanon, but mommy Jinx and Sevika raising the child sounds great to me lol. Also, Maddie, the cute little enforcer who talks to Vi and joins Cait's team, yeah, after her appearance in the first trio of releases, she gained a lot of fans. I mean, she is the definition of "cute" from a design standpoint. But hey, aside from all that, the confrontation between Mel and her mother is also likely to be something, especially since this is supposed to be the final season, so that needs to be dealt with too. Finally, yes, I'm with you, Heimerdinger all excited about breaking into his old lab was pretty cute, for one of the oldest characters, he really gained a second youth lol.

Quick reminder from previous Netflix shows. The “credity credits” that are all safe to skip always come AFTER the Netflix logo - in other words, if there’s going to be anything it’ll be before you see the logo appear at the end of the show. :) Also, I’d like to give notice that Buffy has found the perfect angle in which to photobomb your intros as of this video. :P Just as Piltover (topside) is in chaos after the attack took out half their leaders, Zaun is nowhere near stable as well. Sure, Silco wasn’t Mr. Nice Guy but he at least kept a modicum of stability in the Lanes. Without him running things it’s basically open season for all the Chembarons down there - it appears Sevika is trying her best to get them all to unite, but greed is definitely a thing. Seems like Jinx unwittingly got herself a little helper who literally fell into her lap. According to subtitles his name is Isha. The wanted posters all over of Jinx are unclear whether the reward is being posted by topside or her peers - we know there’s a strong sense of unity among the people in this area. Which is why when she sees Vi coming in to smoke her out in full Enforcer gear it’s the ultimate betrayal to her. And she did it in the arcade area they always hung out with the boxing game, no less. Basically from her perspective, Vi took their history and trampled on it - which is why she’s planning on finishing off her sister at this point. Caitlin’s not too happy, either. Ekko (that’s the spelling they’re using) noticed the tree was being corrupted somehow and it seems to be related to the Hexcore - he got extremely worried when he saw the remains of where Vijtor was being “healed.” Could the two he connected? It appears Jinx and Sevilla have an understanding, and her new arm definitely has some gadgets - just in time to heat up a sniveling little rat named Cheech (I quite enjoyed you calling him Five Nights at Freddy’s m) - apparently if you draw the smiley face on the arm it’s bad for you - even Jonx winced and it was too graphic to show. You asked why you’d be pulling for Jinx, well, she’s one of the more popular characters in the series so it’s natural she’d have her own charisma to go off of. The way the series is being presented is that nobody’s completely right, and nobody’s completely wrong. It’s all a muddled mess. I’ve heard of family squabbles, but this is getting ridiculous. 👀 Also what the heck is the doc up to?
