Hey everyone!  Here it is - my reaction to episode 38 of Kamen Rider Gotchard!   OMG!!!! It's GON to be a great episode you guys! I love our new little friend! He and Hotaro really had a moment in there, I think they both learned a lot! And RAINBOW GOTCHARD omg!!!!!!!!!!! I'm in awe! It's sooooo pretty!!! Not only do we have a new form and a new friend, but we brought our Chemy friends back, including.....Hopper :'DDDDDDDDDDD Aaaaand they got me! Wow!!! Great ep!  Enjoy!  ~ MH

Some pointed out that every Gotchard forms except his base form is also a title name for some of Super Mario's power. Super Mario Fire Mario Iron Mario Rainbow Mario Also, Nijigon is voiced by Bakugo Katsuki Voice Actor! A little fun fact: Japanese word for Egg is "Tamako", combine with Dragon, I think that's why Houtaro called it Tamagon. Also, Niji mean Rainbow, which goes for Rainbow power Nijigon. This is the very same kanji used in the Nijimura brother's lastname, as Araki found that it would be cool to be used in a last name. The new insert song is "The Sky's the limit". It was performed by BACK-ON × Beverly. BACK-ON are those who perform CHEMY×STORY, and Beverly is the one who sing "Rising Fighter" - Gotchard insert theme, and even "Be The One" - Kamen Rider Build opening theme. Anyway, is a little unfortunate that Rainbow Gotchard doesn't contains Green. Seems like a background issue. As Gotchard's main color is blue, I think they can't use Blue Screen for filming. That leave only Green Screen. Therefore, no green allowed. I wonder couldn't they do Red Screen or something else? Oh... there are also red in Rainbow. Should it be something like... Pink Screen? Or White Screen?

The new song is called "The Sky's the limit" sung by none other than Back-On and Beverly! Singers of the Opening and Rising Fighter in 1 song! But just you wait cuz we haven't even scratched the surface of Nijigon and Rainbow Gotchards power!!! Cuz they're bringin some back up like you'd never expect!!!!

...Is Nijigon how Deku sees Bakugou? 😂 This is one of my favorite final form debuts in a while, kind of gives me the vibe of Simon bouncing back in Gurren-Lagann. I love how the transformation almost sounds like the start of another song. xD But I love the insert song for this, especially since the beginning sounds a little like the OP. Edit: You know... I'm 100% sure that when they say 'Extra' when using Nijigon's cards... They're really saying Egg-Stra. I mean you know how Japan loves its puns. xD ...I dunno, there's just nothing for me to really comment on. S+, no notes! I do recommend checking out the preview for this episode from the one before it if you haven't already, because... Well, it's an absolute chef's kiss. It does a perfect job showing the despair before the return of hope. Once again, S+, no notes! ...Of course we've seen how aggressive, Nijigon's VA can get when voicing certain characters... I'm a little worried Nijigon's going to get in a situation when they're going to need the VA's ANGY voice.

You know what? I'm just having an idea that I think is meaningful. I'm planning to write a fanfiction about VTuber with their own lore, but I'm gonna make it more complex on wider scale, which of course, inspired by Kamen Rider stuff. My creativity always come from combining things from various source, and Kamen Rider is always one of the element anyway. There are a generation called Mystic which formed from 6 VTuber who are the god of various things, light and dark or so, while the next gen is World End, kinda represent various kind of disaster. I want to combine some element of Geats and Gotchard in my fan fiction, -therefore I came up with a new concept for Kamen Rider Dread-inspired character! There are 2 VTuber from World End Generation I want to talk about. One is a robot girl and one is an alien girl. Their original songs are what inspired my concept. The robot girl's is called "What is love?", while the alien girl's "Fear must be defeated." And this is how I plan to use them. The robot girl will be inspired by Gotchard's element, such as transforming using 2 monsters. She's the 2nd generation robot created by a certain scientist after the first gen which did not program to try to understand love, therefore, they only act on logical reasoning, which lead to them doing bad things. The robot girl will seek for emotion and try to understand feeling, and she will have to overcome the first gen. However, a certain evil-entity appear, easily trample her first-gen rival dream of their world domination and ruthlessly killed her. The first-gen rival will then died in the hand of the robot girl trying to ask why this unreasonable things happen to her, and ask if the robot girl need anything from her to proceed with her mission, which gain her an access to her main form. Imagined Gotchard who once has Steamliner as his enemy, but now they are friend. And then for the alien girl, I want to make her one of a kind who like to fight and doing war. But the alien girl didn't want to live in such an unsecure life. She's fled from something with a certain weapon that inspired by Dread Driver with her monster friend. However, to fight, she must drain life force out of her partner monster and cause ultimate pain to both of them. That's make her fear of fighting. But the danger will keep coming for her, until the point that she find her second partner monster. Both monsters witness her struggling not to fight, not to cause pain on her friends, the monsters decide to help her anyway, but this time, with 2 monsters in her driver, she feels less pain. It's something like whatever problem you have, you would overcome it better if there is more support from your friend. That's her way of love, a relationship between her and her partners. A way to overcome her fear. That's a meaningful concept for Dread's inspired character for me. === I just recently rewatched "Fuuto Detective". I was a bit upset that not much youtuber reacting this series even through it's an anime. But now, I found some VTuber reacting to the series, which lighten up my mood. But then, there are 2 questions coming up. Phillip was once state that he can't become a girl. However, isn't that in W's finale, it's stated that Phillip's current body was once Wakana's? Then, how did it transform into Phillip's? And can't he switch back or something like that? Some fans clear up my doubt that it takes like a year to construct Phillip's body after Wakana decides to sacrifice her body to revive him, therefore, switching to Wakana's might possible, but it needs like a year to do so. The other one is that, Gaia Memory is the memory of the world. Everything that happened on earth is recorded in True Gaia Memory. Therefore, are there memory of existing people? Like... there should be a memory of Jack the Ripper, Albert Einstein, Joan of Arc, or even Sonozaki Ryube. I find this proven to be true after recall of some short movie and fact of Double. In showa era, there is a Kamen Rider's villain called "Shinigami Hakase", directly translated as "Dr. Death" or "Dr. Grim Reaper". And guess what? There is a Gaia Memory of Shinigami Hakase! More to that, there are some short movie indicating that there is Gaia Memory of "Queen" and "Elizabeth". Those who used this memory will transform into themselves who just cosplaying as "Queen" and "Elizabeth", the idol duo from Kamen Rider W. Therefore, the memory of existing people must exist! It's just that they never produced into a USB-like Gaia Memory, or it just never seen on-screen. One more proof is that Phillip was once trying to look into his father's information, and found a bulky book of "Sonozaki Ryube" in his library. There must be enough proof now.

Hi Hime :) I still find it funny that Rainbow Gotchard appeared for Pride month lol At least, we have to admit, the fight scenes in the rain look really good. I know that the rain scene complicates things for the teams, but it looks so good on screen that we would like more. I don't know what message they were trying to convey, with the close-ups of Rinne's face smiling after Hotaro and Rainbow Gotchard appeared, but the only thing I had in mind with that was "girl, you fell hard for him, it's obvious". In any case, with this point reached, we are going to start on a new basis now and I will be interested to see the direction the show will take.

Rainbow Gotchard's debut has to be one of the most triumphant final forms in the whole franchise. There is no hint of sadness anymore, Hotaro has cleared away the rain completely. I will admit though...I wonder how the dynamic between Hopper1 and Nijigon will play out, considering that Nijigon would basically be Hopper's little brother.

So the more Gigist got talking the more I started thinking - he seems to be addressing the different alchemy students as if he knows everything about them - what’s that all about? And of course, we get some confirmation that Spanner’s black flame power is at least connected to Gigist somehow - what else might be linked between the two of them? Innkeeper the episode focuses on Hotaro, but seeing Rinne almost break kind of emphasizes just how much of an effect Hotaro’s enthusiasm has put on her - when he broke, so did she. At least Renge was around to give her a kick in the pants. You’ll have to clue me in on the egg’s VA because o don’t know how to look it up - does sound vaguely familiar though. And yes, I had a feeling you were going to make a Hunter x Hunter reference when that name popped up. This episode kinda looks like it must’ve been miserable for the actors because they looked completely drenched during the rain scenes. Wonder how many takes that took. Gon I think is trying to convince Hotaro to stay safe with it, but Hotaro ended up convincing it to come outside with him. Also, is it just me or is there something a bit strange about an egg eating a plate of omurice…? The song is listed in the end title credit scroll if you want to confirm it - looks like it said “The Sky’s the Limit,” by Back-On and Beverly, who’ve both shown up in previous songs, if I recall correctly… you’re iTunes shopping again already aren’t you 👀

OMG!!! They're totally copying Mario haha! I knew about Bakugo's VA ahead of time, and while I can't hear him at all, I can hear Himmel from Frieren! :) Oh thanks for the name info....and that's so cool about the "Niji" in Nijimura too!!! I love that the insert theme is by Beverly and Back-On!! Lol that makes sense about the green screen! Too bad, but they still get the point across about being colorful I guess! I would think any solid color would work, but who knows?

Yeah I get the feeling there's something more to Gigist! And there's a link to Spanner, interesting. That's so true about Rinne breaking when Hotaro did! I'm glad Renge was there! The VA is Bakugo/Himmel's VA! Hahahah I can't hear Gon and not think of HxH! Too true about the rain scenes, they looked fantastic though. You might start by looking for a series you reacting that you think it's gonna end soon or will not take too long. And then after it ended, you continue the slot with Fuuto PI. It is only 12 episodes long, so it also won't be long, but it's a great experience. If you decide to watch Fuuto PI, then I have something to tell you. Fuuto PI don't have next episide preview, they just have short movie after ending theme. Like an end credit for every episodes.
