Hey everyone!  Here it is - my reaction to episode 37 of Kamen Rider Gotchard!   NO NO NO NO NO NO NO!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am going straight to denial mode on this one you guys!!!! What the heck?!!?!? I hate that I kinda saw this coming - making Hotaro a malgam, taking away something precious to him in order to do so....!!!! HOPPER :(((((((((((((((((((((( I can't believe they made me watch that, ugh! But something's definitely going on with this egg, something that will undoubtedly lead to Hotaro's final form, which can hopefully bring all the Chemies back!!!!! Wow!!! Great ep!  Enjoy!  ~ MH

I mean, I thought about trying to warn you but other people were already doing it… “What if Hotaro becomes a Malgam…?” Me: is she reading ahead or something? I have to give a couple kudos to both Hotaro’s mom and Rinne, for different reasons - his mom obviously picked up something was wrong, and Rinne chose not to involve him in the Antrooper problem as she knew it would only break him further. According to Gigist, what is inside Hotaro is the original Chemy…. Does this have anything to do with his severe love for them? Pancakes? Where’s Nora? Also at this point they’re being pretty blatant about not showing the dad… “Hotaro must be put in a pit of darkest despair..,” Me looking at the episode focusing on Hopper: “I really don’t like where this is going…” Spanner and Minato have a point - a point that Hotaro knows us true but it makes it no less painful - the life of a human is more valuable than a Chemy, given the choice between the two. Rinne and the others were trying to subdue Antrooper without destroying g it, but they ended up exhausting themselves. Also when Spanner ducked it back to the card, it faded into a non moving image. Hotaro was sort of able to talk to Hopper until the kid came back for his stuffed toy, then he couldn’t restrain him. It was either the kid, or the Chemy. No wonder Hotaro’s raging out. Gigist keeps saying things like I understand that despair, or wish, or whatever… I’m trying to figure out if there is a connection toon somewhere. What was that voice calling out inside the egg? If it’s Echoes, I’m gonna leave… 👀 I guess you could say this episode really… egged you on? But who’s the final yolk gonna end up being on? Ok I’ll stop. 👀

Not Hopper! Boo that was crushing. That was devastating. I’m in mad Manny mode. I can only hope Hotaro pulls a Koichi in there and his final form is of him and Hopper. 😡 😭 Rest in Peace, friend 🥚 🦗

OMG I hate that I knew just where this was going as I watched, I didn't know any spoilers ahead of time, I was deducing it based on past storylines (in shows like Zero One, but I didn't wanna say that and give anything away in the reaction for those who haven't seen it). The original chemy - that's got to have something important to do with this! HAHAHA I totally thought of Nora! Yup, going at Hopper is definitely the worst thing they could do here. Oof, I get it, we can't sacrifice a human for a Chemy, but still...!! I know, our crew did great trying to handle this on their own, but it was too much. OMG we were totally getting somewhere until that kid showed up right?! Hmm, maybe there is something more to Gigist talking understanding despair. HAHAHAHA was that a Jojo reference?! LOL Yang would be proud of the puns!!!
