Hey everyone! Here it is - my reaction to Bad Batch, season 3 episode 2! We finally get to catch up with our other crew here, and not just them - some young clones too! I love the lesson they were able to learn from some "defective" clones - who ironically treated them way better than a bunch of regs did! (To be fair, they're probably all under the influence of Order 66, but still.) It's also good to know that Hunter and Wrecker are gonna stop at absolutely nothing to find our best girl!!! Can't wait to see what happens next! Great ep! Enjoy! ~ MH

From the off seeing Hunter and Wrecker especially, their armour looks to be pretty heavily damaged. They have been through the wars trying to turn the galaxy up and down looking for Omega. Speaking of Wrecker, I love how he is the one trying to keep Hunter from doing anything rash in the search by reminding him of what happened with Tech. He may be a big lovable lug, but there is times when he shows some wisdom and can see things clearer than the rest. So Hemlock was stationed at this base, probably before Tantiss was built and then they destroyed it as they left. Typically they made something insidious in the shape of these slithervines just before they did so, to run rife on this world. They really just infest every place they inhabit, the imperials. Those clone kids must've seen a lot too though, having to be guinea pigs for Hemlock's research and then being left even by their fellow clones. I often wondered what happened to the clone kids, and now we know. They must've went to similar places like this, or been used as fodder elsewhere. Horrible. The leader of the group, Mox, is voiced by Daniel Logan, who played young Boba Fett in Attack Of The Clones. He's voiced clones elsewhere too over the years, but nice to bring him back here and give Dee Bradley Baker a bit of a break! :P Eugh, those slithervines turn into face-huggers, amongst others if you cut them! Nope!!!! After escaping that monster, they find that Tantiss is someplace in a sector, though that could still be amongst millions of systems, but it is a start. The kids can go back to Pabu and recover, so whilst this mission wasn't a total success, some good was done. The camera pan down to Lula at the end brings a lump to the throat. So you'd like to go to Naboo - Palpatine's homeworld? ;) Also Jar-Jar! Na I'm staying well away from there lol. By the way I'm paying good money to watch Jar-Jar on Monday lol! Since the Phantom Menace is on re-release for its 25th anniversary (!!!!) I decided I want to see it on the big screen again, even if the prequels are not my favourite Star Wars media. It will be good to experience it all again though.

I know, they look so beat up! And that's such a great point about Wrecker. These poor clone kids, they probably saw some awful stuff! OHHHHHH no kidding, I didn't realize that was the same VA! I guess Dee can't do everything all the time haha :P I hear you on the vines, that's a big nope for me as well! OMG the shot of Lula :(((( AHHHHHH noooo I've never ever associated Naboo with Palpatine but you're right!!!!!! :O Jar Jar I don't mind as much haha, I know he can be a bit much but he's no Palpatine :P Ooohhhh sorry I'm so delayed writing you back, but how was the rewatch of Phantom Menace? I actually went and saw it in theaters with my brother for the re-release. He and I saw it together as kids 25 years ago and we saw the re-release together as adults :D The big screen experience hits different right?!
