FIFA 19 Realism Mod Alpha 8 (Patreon)

**Changes since last version**

- Added Realistic form (players have more difference in form between them, and overall it just reflects better on performance)

- Added Realistic morale (only players in and around the starting 11 will complain about lack of play time and will try to force a move if not given, and reserve players are now happy with just a couple of starts)

- Added realistic wages (they are now lower for most players, but players with big potentials like Mbappe are nearly 200k)

- Made some changes to player growth (they now grow slower/faster based on form)

- Made some tweaks to player decline, it's now more realistic then ever. (thanks to @Lice23#7055 for the base template)

- Made it so you find a few less players in the YA then the previous alpha

- GKs now have even lower SM

- Outfield players now have higher SM

- Made some adjustments to player height for YA players

- Made some changes to realistic sacking, you now get sacked with a manager rating of around 60, and can be sacked within the first few months

- Many other improvements

- Use directx11 (can be changed in FIFA settings)

- Works with new and existing saves
