Secondly you need to downgrading skyrim to 1.5.97.0

To do this,. simply install skyrim normally and then run the tool which you can get here https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/57618

MAKE SURE TO TURN OF AUTOMATIC UPDATES FOR SKYRIM!!!!!! NEVER LAUNCH SKYRIM FROM STEAM!
