Issues with Videos Playing Here on Patreon? (Patreon)

Hi Family, it's me...Nico 🤓

We have been receiving a few reports of some users having issues playing videos here on Patreon. 

This is because the Patreon app is not playing nice with Vimeo for some users. It looks like it is mostly Android users. I am not sure why the issue is happening but I have submitted a support ticket to Patreon to alert them of the issue. 

Workaround:

In the meantime, if you experience this issue you will need to use Patreon from a browser on your phone, laptop, or desktop in order to watch Vimeo videos (videos from YouTube play fine). Users who have had issues reported to me that this method works. 

I will continue to look for other workarounds in the meantime. Please provide any helpful feedback to other Patrons in the comments below.
