RandomCharacterGenerator v2.0 (Patreon)

Adds a tab for character randomization. Version 2.0 adds more toggles for selectively randomizing a character, for example you can now only randomize the body sliders and leave everything else unchanged, or prevent the head type from randomizing, etc.

Most of these changes were made by AUTOMATIC1111 who added the options to a separate tab and added more toggles, and by Marco who merged the changes in to my code repository. Big thanks to both.
