Ok, so let's talk about those images I posted on Friday...

Way back when I was doing per-production for COBALT: The Comic Book, I designed the Skypad to be his home. And I spent a bunch of time working out the look of the outside, but the inside I sort of cheaped out on. I had a floorplan for the top floor, but the rest of it was left open plan, so that I could insert any room that the current storyline required. And the end result was a sort of mish-mash of random rooms that didn't really fit together, and didn't make any logical sense.


Flash forward a bit to last march, when the UNREAL engine was suddenly made free for public use. I came up with the idea that I could finally nail down an actual floorplan for the Skypad, by building an Unreal walk-through of it. So I started sketching up floorplans and building a model for import into UNREAL.


But that's not what this is...
