Hello everyone and welcome to a new sneak peek of Lucky Paradox.

With the 0.9.2 release complete, it's time to take the first necessary steps for the next update, starting with planning and writing.

During the first week, I focused 100% on finalizing the last details of the 0.9.2 alpha, in addition to dozens of hours of intense testing to make sure everything would work smoothly. Once the previous step was finished, I managed to polish the last necessary details with the help of Sirxtias and MasterWizard (thanks for the help guys <3!).

Once the alpha was finished, I spent another three days testing and fixing some bugs needed for the beta version, including the annoying bug in the android version that caused the app to crash when trying to use the potion store, a very frustrating bug that took me a long time to fix since I had to change the compilation method for the android version, from now on there should be no more problems in this regard.

A personal note... I don't think I've ever felt as close to burnout as I did during this last update, there were many personal problems, changes of plans, removal of incomplete Christmas content in exchange for story content, and above all the huge amount of content to create and polish in a short time...

Because of all this, I was forced to take 4 days off to recharge my batteries and catch up on sleep.

Once I felt a bit more recovered, I started to plan the content that will be included in version 0.9.3, this time focusing on the main story of Maxy, and with the addition of a new secondary story for Galila, spiced with a little Lust and Corruption.

With Maxy, I want to focus on giving more background to Maxy's true intentions, as well as the dark plans that the mayor of Argleton has prepared for us... plans that have been unexpectedly shattered by the involvement of that mysterious man with the red gloves.

What could this injection be that took away the powers we had surprisingly gained?

And how does it relate to the mayors' plans?

Perhaps the man with the red gloves is a being older than Argleton himself... Perhaps there is a figure controlling the elections from the shadows that no one knows about.

Though you will have to discover all of this for yourself when version 0.9.3 comes out, and you will be able to draw your own conclusions, which are only a few pieces of this enormous puzzle.

As you can see, the 0.9.x update cycle will have a lot of content for secondary girls that have been overshadowed, this time with Galila, who has a unique story and backstory for this type of game. Not every daughter has a mother who is a virgin.

And that's it for today!

Soon I plan to write an exclusive post where I will give details on what the future holds for the project, as well as theorize on an approximate date for the long-awaited end of Lucky Paradox, although there is still a long way to go...

Thank you very much for your support on Patreon and other platforms, because with your contribution it is possible to continue working on this beautiful project.

I wish you a nice week, take care and see you soon with more news!

And as always, I will read all your comments.

Stawer :)

Glad to hear that you did make sure to take time for yourself! Always look forward to updates but happy to wait when needed

It's a constant tradeoff between pushing yourself to keep going so that you don't lose momentum and pushing yourself to stop so that you don't burn out. It's best to give yourself hard time points where no matter what is done and what isn't, you're done working for the day and need to go do something else. Also naps are bizarrely helpful in keeping one focused and splitting up tasks. So don't be afraid of them. The most important thing is to keep yourself safe. Your projects are important, and it may feel like you need to get this or that done *right now*, but if you burn yourself out doing it, well, they don't get done at all, and that's a real shame for everyone.

Ready to see the new content. I imagine it’ll be great. Can’t wait for the future stuff as well. However, please make sure to rest and take days to enjoy stuff other than working. That way we get a consistent story that doesn’t feel rushed to get new things out. I also like the idea of the Christmas story if you did it as a side release at some point. Maybe not strictly tied to a set time but when you get a moment work on it here and there. Then have as a stand alone story that’s related to the main game but you don’t have to wait until the game year circles back around.
