Neo Tier Changes (Patreon)

Hello everyone!

As many of you know, tomorrow the 0.8.3 version will be released for the Citizen and Neo-Friends tiers, so I think it's a good opportunity to make a small change.

Some time ago I made public my intention to hide both the Neo-Friend and Neo-Tourist tiers, since they have caused a lot of confusion, and that in the meantime they would be limited.

However, I plan to respect these tiers for current Patrons, so they will only be hidden and will still have access to their rewards (at least for as long as they keep the tier active).

I will make this change to the Neo-Friend tier tomorrow, shortly before the release of the update for Citizen tier, and probably next week the same will happen with the Neo-Tourist tier, when the update will be released to the Friends tier.

I think that this way the tiers of the page will be more orderly and differentiated.
