Progress Sneak Peek - November 22 (Patreon)

Hello everyone and welcome to a new sneak peek of Lucky Paradox

This has been a chill week in terms of game progress, as I have spent time doing some extra testing of the new update and fixing small bugs that have been appearing. Surprisingly the calendar system has worked much better than I expected, since, being content conditioned to the date and the player's actions, it is so difficult to calculate and test all the possible combinations.

My intention is to make the game as polished as possible before the public release, so you can enjoy all the new content.

I also needed some time for myself, on the one hand to catch up on sleep and on the other hand to organize, as my workplace had become a mess after all I had to go through to finish version 0.7. Let's say that an emergency cleaning was necessary to make everything livable hahaha

I've also started with the preparations for the next update, which will be focused on Christmas content. It will work similarly to the Halloween events, only that they will be activated once the month of December is reached.

The calendar will also have an original design for the month of December and will include some hints to unlock new content.

The next update will be small, to finish everything planned within the next few weeks, and leave a few days in case I require more time to correct and fix small hiccups.

I plan to add two stories for the Christmas events, subdivided in small events, one focused on Yui, the Shogukuni and the Dragons (only available if you have already defeated Shizuka) and another one that will be activated automatically if we have already met three of the main girls. I don't want to give more details yet, because I hope to have a more worked and polished script, and so I won't promise things that will be discarded.

I would also like to add 1 or 2 more special costumes, with extra animations, but first I must evaluate how much is possible to add in a short time. let's see what happens...
