Hello everyone! for the 1st map this month here is the "sea rock formations" as it was a very popular choice in one of the latest polls.

I spent a lot more time then I thought I would on this one, mostly trying to figure out how to make the water look good and to be honest I think it turned out okay, but part of me still a little bugged about it. I also tried to make it a bigger scale map for possible ship battles and that was also a little bit of a challenge, trying to make the rocks feel big and give a sense of scale between them and the water felt very out of my confort zone and I'm not sure it worked. Anyways, though I'm sharing all of that, I don't think the map is bad (I would'nt post it if thought that), it's just that sometimes the process is rough but you learn a lot from it.

Hero of the Realm patrons will also note a different approach to how I made the variations for this map, it is something specific to this particular map that I thought would be fun and nice for reutilization of it in multiple encounters, specially if you're running a sea campaign!

Thank you very much for your support, I hope you find good use for this map in your adventures. :)

File includes 7 variations in gridded (46x40) and gridless versions.
