Strings of Fate (Patreon)

Hello everyone! For the 1st map of May here is Strings of Fate. As you know, I mostly make natural landscapes for maps, sometimes they don't even have any fantasy elements, but for this one I went full turbo high fantasy - And it was really fun to make! I wouldn't mind making more like it in the future, coming up with the concept and picking the color scheme was very enjoyable (a lot of color combinations looked pretty cool so it was also kind of hard to pick :P).

The main inspiration is of course The Fates, but I also brought elements from different myths and stories, like the branches of Yggdrasil connecting the planes and the sands of time on one of the map's variations. I think this combination makes this map suitable for many kind of encounters, such as planar travelling, time bending weirdness or talking to a deity.

I really hope you like it and come up with a nice story for it, thank you so much for your support! :)
