PATRON RELEASE v0.8.7! (Patreon)

The weekly update has been released!
This update is available to ALL Patrons, with the public build being released in a few days.

This week it's both story AND love events for Qarinah and Annie, as I get the last few girls up to love level three (only Asteria to go now)! Also, a new group day care event for all the current day care kids which was created by the community during a Discord livestream! I hope you enjoy! :)

(Also, I'll be taking my once-every-two-months break next week, so the next Patreon update will be on the 14th instead of the 7th!)

CHANGELOG:

  • Day Care: New day care Group Play event - as created by the Discord server during a livestream!
  • Qarinah: New LOVE Event!
  • Qarinah: New Story Event!

  • Annie: New Story Event!
  • Misc: You can now look for an escort girl even if the Lyx event procs while Exploring the Town. Because you have needs, and I get that
  • Misc: Polished up a few old renders
  • Bug: Kids will no longer appear in the day care when they're supposed to still be newborns. Gotta gestate that larva first!
  • Bug: You couldn't drink potions before doing cowgirl with Lily. Now you can! Chug a lug! It is a bar, after all
  • Bug: Teeny tiny typos

aah man your not playing fair... I sent a child to the artifact for the first time and then whent to the nexus and found the child... And her being all "I miss you and mommy" just teers at my heart :*(. How am I going to be able to get Kana her birther traint like this? speaking of which is it inplemented yet?

Just in case you have any trouble, you unlock Chloe and Alice's event (as far as I remember!) by: 1. Having completed the assassin event with Chloe 2. Jessica being at love level 3 or higher 3. Visiting Chloe's room any WEEKEND MORNING That should trigger it. If not, and I've forgotten something, let me know and I'll check my code! :)

Great! Glad it's all working :) Now you should just have to keep the decorations active and sleep (might take a couple nights, possibly) and you should get Pixie's last outfit.

Roxy is only at love level 2 as well right? Or did I miss something? She's my favorite of the council members can't wait for her story to be complete

Whoops! You're quite right, but that's actually a bug - she's was supposed to hit love level 3 in her last event (heat-proofing the tank "with my friends!") Thanks for pointing that out - it'll be fixed, and she'll be automatically levelled-up to love 3, in the next update :)

I keep having trouble downloading the updates, I go throu the whole download any then it goes through the full install and then it says app not updated, I'm not sure why and I don't know what to do.

Sometimes Ren'py and Android just don't get on well together. Following the steps below should fix the issue: 1. Backup the existing game files using File Manager or similar. 2. Delete CK completely from your phone. 3. Download and install the new CK update 4. Move the save files from your backed-up copy into the new CK folder (Remember the "persistent" file if you want to keep your gallery unlocks) 5. Play! Saves are located in: Android/data/com.domain.corruptedkingdoms/saves (If you're running Android 11 you may need to connect your phone to your PC with a usb cable to get access to the data folder. It's a new security measure by Google) Hope that helps!
