I wanted to address a recent issue that's been affecting some of your Patreon payments, some of you already know whats going on but for those who don't -

It appears that due to some upgrades made by one of Patreon's payment processing partners, a higher number of payments are being declined by banks than usual.

While these upgrades are being implemented, some of your payments might unfortunately be declined.

If any of you have experienced a decline and can't figure out how to fix it, here's what you can do:

First, get in touch with your card issuer to verify the charge and try the card again. If the retry doesn't go through, you might want to consider using a different payment method. You can make changes to your payments in your Settings, under the Billing History section.
