Discord and updates (Patreon)

Discord up, link up. For patrons the titles should automatically be awarded when they connect their patreon to discord. 

The tiers are created. I will maybe try to make them look better soon, but for now they fulfill their purpose.

I've uploaded the first early access chapter now, chapter 50. The rest of the early chapters will be uploaded over the day, I just want to do a quick read through of them. Was planning on doing it yesterday but the heat-wave got the better of me.

In the future the early chapters will be added here around the same time the new chapters are published on RR. I'm going to look into tags for the chapters, as that might help people easily see which ones they can read.

Remember to keep spoilers out of RR comment section, public discord channels etc.
