BCC 41-25: Hi-Res Early Access (Patreon)

I spent a bit of time trying to create a new hideout for Anastasia, since she's not Mother Superior yet so it wouldn't make sense that she could just claim a basement for her personal use. However, I was struggling to think of where else the two of them could get enough privacy to practice magic. I was thinking maybe they could have a toolshed or something that's just covered with enough plant growth that everyone else just kind of forgot about it... but then I thought, why not just use that same explanation for why the basement isn't being used?
