We're nearing the end of this chapter. I had considered ending this chapter before we got to this scene with Kathy and her mother... but really this scene isn't going to be long enough to justify its own chapter. I've been looking at more furry artists to try and get a feel for Kathy, and I've noticed that a lot of them don't really draw their characters really all that... "furry". By which I mean there isn't usually much indication of the texture of their fur... aside from facial structure and tails and stuff it's pretty common for furry characters to just kind of look like women with animal-themed body paint. Speaking of facial structure, what do the fans think of her face? I pretty much just draw her with human facial proportions with just an animal nose... kind of more like the cast of Cats than as a cat-human hybrid.
