Here it is. The more-or-less completed game. I'm almost 90% sure it works. It's in the attachment below, just download the zip file and unzip it to a folder and run the executable.

Please give it a play, let me know what you think, and if you find any bugs or issues, please let me know about them! I'm sure there's a few still in there. Oh, and if you want to screenshot your final screen and let me see that too, it's got info that's helpful for me. Also you can compare your final scores to other beta players and see who got the MOST revenge. The game is pretty hard, I think, but not as hard as the Alpha. That was my intention at least. Try not to post anything spoilery if you beat it! Or even make it just somewhat near the end. There's a lot of PLOT in there.

Since I expect to probably have to do some bug fixes, I'll be editing this post with new versions and a list of changes made to each version. Keep an eye on that if you're interested!

I haven't done a Q&A on here in a little while, but I definitely will do one soon now that the alpha is out. So any questions you might have about the game I will answer in the next one of those.

UPDATE: I have taken all your bug reports into account and revised the game file into what I'm calling PHANTOM'S REVENGE Beta v0.02. All game-breaking bugs have been (hopefully) fixed, and I've even added new features. I actually think it's a much better game now, aside from just working better and not crashing/softlocking as much. The zip file is attached below along with the old version.

UPDATE LOG:

- Adjustable window resolution and fullscreen mode added

- Text formatting corrected so words no longer jump lines as theyre being typed

- Enhanced Sonichu death animations

- Added functionality to a previously useless item

- Did not add !Harvest command

- Music tracks edited to loop better

- Bugged credit screen removed from pause menu

- Bug where you would become unable to attack the final boss and softlock the game fixed

- Bug where game would crash at start after 8 retries fixed

- Bug where scouting in the final room would crash the game fixed

- Bug where virginia was sometimes untargetable by !data fixed

- Bug where enemy attacks sometimes wouldn't deal damage fixed

- Visual bug on right side of screen in some rooms fixed

- Miscellaneous changes to menus, sprites, animations, sounds, text, etc


UPDATE: I've added some more features and fixed a couple small remaining bugs for what I'm dubbing Beta v3. It's attached below along with the previous 2 beta versions. This is likely to be the last major update before the real release; I think there's enough in it now that it's complete and fully realized.

However, as always, there may be bugs left, and especially with the new features, some new ones may have been introduced. If you encounter any please let me know either here or in the patron discord. Thank you! Enjoy!
