Quick note about last month's charges (Patreon)

Hey everyone, so I wanted to explain something. Last month I made a change to my patreon system so that new patrons would be charged immediately for the current month when they pledge, to prevent people from pledging, looking at patrons-only content, and then unpledging before being charged. However, I did not realize at the time that this would also change the timing of monthly charges to patrons from the end of the month to the beginning of the month. So because the change was made in April, the monthly charge occurred at the end of April, but then the Monthly charge for May occurred at the beginning of May, meaning patrons got charged for the two months back-to-back. I hadn't intended this to happen and if I'd known that changing my patreon settings would have this effect I would have made an announcement beforehand. But as it stands now, the change is already made so it should be smooth sailing going forward. Everything is the same except charges will be made at the beginning of the month rather than the end.

So, apologies for the back-to-back charges earlier this month. If you'd like to have your May pledge refunded I'll completely understand. Just comment on this post and let me know and I will sort it out for you.
