Whether you're a long time Patron or a new subscriber, these FAQs may help you out!

1. The easiest way to find content on my Patreon page is by going to the search bar and typing in the name of the artist you're looking for. Please don't rely on scrolling until you can find it on my main Patreon page. For instance, when it comes to album reviews, I will often add new album review links to older posts because I don't want all the likes and comments from the old post to be deleted when I make a new post for the new album review link. Use the search function to search for the artist name and if you have issues finding what you're looking for, shoot me a DM here on Patreon and I'll be happy to find it for you and send you the link!

2. This issue is thankfully not as much of a problem as it used to be, but it still comes up occasionally. If you click on one of my DropBox links and it prompts you to 'request access' from me to view it, please do not hesitate to click that option. When you 'request access' to view a DropBox link from me, that sends me an email with an option to approve your account to view it. All of my DropBox links are automatically supposed to be viewable for you, but sometimes the service gets wonky and wants to clarify the permissions. I check my email multiple times a day, but please be patient with me if I take a few hours to approve you. I will get to it eventually.

3. Feel free to comment on the DropBox links themselves if you'd like to, but likes and comments on the Patreon post are preferable. I can see your comments on DropBox but there's not an easy way for me to respond to them. If you comment on a Patreon post, then everyone else can read what you have to say too!
