This set of items is aimed for streamers and more intricate builders that want their builds to behave in a certain way! 

The obstacle items are useful for builds like table-top board game builds for multiplayer mod, creating invisible paths in a build that the game doesn't seem to recreate with the built in pathing system and much more! These items will disappear in game, you will not be able to see the green markers. However, they will be visible again once you're in build and buy mode. These are tagged as misc. decorations and cost 0 simoleons.

The archway and window items are useful for builds like dollhouse type builds for 24 hour Unpaused Game idle streams (thanks to there being no glass, the window will not frost in the winter and will not disturb visibility), creating an open space without losing the sense of separation of spaces thanks to the left over wall on the ceiling and much more! These items can be grabbed from the visible metal bar on top (and, in case of the window, at the bottom too) only and will not disappear in live mode, they will remain visible. These are tagged as regular doors and windows and cost 0 simoleons.
