보상 변경안에 대해 (+하고싶은 말) (Patreon)

우선 현재 제 작업 과정과 상황입니다.

1. 소재구상(투표혹은 작가개인소재)  

2. 간단한 시놉시스 작성 

3. 구체적인 스토리와 주요 대사 타이핑 

4. 콘티와 러프 동시진행 

5. 선화작업 

6. 채색 및 페이지 추가제거 편집 

7. 대사 및 효과음 추가  

보통 제가 한달에 30에서 많게는 37페이지정도를 소화하면 

놀거나 개인시간없이 한달내내 붙잡고있어야 약간의 여유를 가지고 작업을 마칩니다. (+ 개인적인 

사업일 병행) 

보통은 그렇지못한경우가 대부분이고 2.5주의 시간안에 작업을 마무리하게되는데 

그 중 2주는 밖을 못나갈 정도로 할수밖에 없는구조입니다.  

그렇다보니 갈수록 건강악화와 그로인한 집중력 저하 지연사태까지 발생하게 된것같습니다.

즉 30장의 분량을 버거워하면서 작업중이라는게 제 결론입니다.

두번째는 오해에 대한 해명입니다. (속상한 부분)

먼저 계속되는 지연에 화가 나신부분에 정말 죄송하고 사과드립니다.

이 모든게 다 제 개인적인 욕심인것같습니다. 

여태 거짓말하면서 작업을 미룰 핑계를 대고 지연한적은 단한번도 없습니다. 

이런저런 이유 아프다 타블렛고장 등등 전부 사실이고 속이면서 작업한적없습니다. 

지연 작업하면 저도 피곤하고 그것으로 얻는 이득이 하나도없습니다. 

한두장이라면 모를까 30장 이상 풀컬러 분량은 속이면서 작업할수도 없는 분량입니다.

최근에 공지한 게을러졌다도 솔직하게 말씀드린것입니다. 체력딸리니 게을러질수 밖에요.

지연의 핑계가 작업 외적으로 개인적인 이득을 취하려고 하는부분이 아니라는 해명을 드리고 싶었습니다.

흔히 말하는 '꿀빠는 작가', '돈아까운 작가' 소리 듣기싫어서 열심히 했습니다.

패트리온 2년 운영하면서 초기마음가짐 그대로 지금까지

많은 분량과 매달 새로운 이야기를 제공하는게 제 욕심이었고

내 만화를 보고 재밌어해주시는 반응을 보고 재미있었고

또 그것으로 유명해지고 돈도많이 벌고싶은게 제 마음이었습니다.

그런데 그게 지금은 건강도 잃게되고,

심리적여유도 없어지고 지연되고 욕먹는게 반복되는것같습니다. 

대량 무단유출은 덤이고요.

말이 길어졌지만 서로 이런기회가 아니면 또 어떻게 소통하고 이해하나 싶어서 

적어봤습니다. 

마지막으로 해결방안입니다.

현재 기본 30페이지 이상의 분량을 흑백5달러 컬러8달러로 제공하고 

8달러는 랜덤하지만 에프터 이야기거리가 있다면 추가제공하는 방식으로 제공하는 중입니다.

다른건 다 그대로지만 매달 기본분량만 24페이지 내외로 줄이겠습니다.

저도 살고 여러분께서도 지연공지에 스트레스 안받고 서로를 위해 즐겁게 창작활동하고

즐겨주시는게 낫다는 결론입니다. 

분량이 줄어서 생기게된 시간들은 그림연습, 충분한 휴식등등에 쓰겠습니다.

Usually, if I digest 30 to 37 pages a month, I have to hold on to it for a whole month without having to play or have personal time to finish the work with a little spare time. (+ personal

business parallel)

Usually, this is not the case, and the work is completed within 2.5 weeks.

Of those, two weeks is a structure that has no choice but to go out.

As a result, it seems that health deteriorates, concentration decreases, and delays occur.

In other words, my conclusion is that I am working on the 30-page volume while it is too heavy.

The second is to explain the misunderstanding. (an upsetting part)

First of all, I'm really sorry and I apologize for the inconvenience caused by the continued delay.

All of this seems to be my personal greed.

So far, I've never had a delay with an excuse to procrastinate by lying.

For various reasons, it hurts, my tablet broke, etc. All are true and I have never worked with deceit.

Delaying work makes me tired and there is nothing to gain from it.

If it's just one or two, it's impossible to work with more than 30 full-color copies.

Even though I have been lazy in the recent announcement, I am speaking frankly. I can only be lazy because of my lack of stamina.

I wanted to explain that the excuse for delaying work is not a part of trying to gain personal gain outside of work.

I worked hard because I didn't want to hear the common 'writers who sucked' or 'writers who were not worth paying for'.

Patreon has been operating for 2 years and has been with the initial mindset until now.

It was my greed to provide a lot of volume and a new story every month.

It was fun to see the reactions of people enjoying my cartoons.

Also, I wanted to become famous and earn a lot of money.

But now it loses its health,

There seems to be no psychological leeway, delays and repeated insults.

Mass leaking without permission is a bonus.

It's been a long time, but I wanted to know how to communicate and understand each other if there is no opportunity like this.

I wrote it down.

Finally, a solution.

Currently, over 30 basic pages are offered at $5 in black and white and $8 in color.

$8 is random, but if there is an after story, I'm offering it as an extra.

Everything else remains the same, but I will reduce the monthly amount to around 24 pages.

It is the conclusion that it is better for you to not be stressed by the delayed notice, for me to enjoy creative activities, and for you to enjoy it.

The amount of time that was created due to the reduced amount will be used for drawing practice, sufficient rest, etc.

I've been wanting to create for a long time.
