yeah Gose started off as a vlog thingy and slowly became their reality/game show in 2019 ☺️ if you continue watching I would still recommend watching them in order (you don’t have to but they reference older episodes in some episodes so yeah) I hope you have fun watching them 🫶🏻

Carats….from from debut album “Diamond” Carats are the weight of Diamonds. I think I saw that somewhere. Ages in 2017…..range from 22-18 Tae & Joshua same exact birthdate Mingyu, The 8 & DK plus JUNGKOOK and a few other idols are part of the 97’ line Cait, Love that you are learning & loving SVT!

Josh same! I love ice coffee but I need some sweetness in it. I can't do an ice americano either. I agree that they look the same but definitely a little younger. Don't Wanna Cry is one of my favorite songs. When people become Carats the greeting is "welcome to the Diamon life" lol. So glad I get to watch come into the diamond life Cait!

As an ARMYCarat, my heart is so full 😍 reaction videos for BTS & SVT 💜💖💎

It came from their predebut song “Shining Diamond”. Scoups said they were able to shine because of the fans that why they named us Carats. And also their birth year formation creates a diamond too.

oooh thanks for sharing, also HARD agree on the iced americano thing, i just cannot get into it, i'm not a huge coffee fan but if i do get a coffee it'll be with lots of milk and some sugar at least 😭 i will not pretend to like iced americanos not even if u paid me. can't wait for more svt reactions, i feel like i'm slowly becoming dk-biased even though the8 caught my eye first 👀

i think you guys should watch the super long guide to seventeen together to learn more/refresh your memory about the group and the members! it's a great introduction guide and is 4 parts long (intro, hip hop team, performance team, vocal team) ahaha side note but i genuinely like iced americanos but that might be because I've always had my coffee black so i guess I'm in the minority here

To answer the questions about coffee culture in S. Korea. Coffee culture is deeply ingrained into Korea and it was introduced to King Gojong by a Russian ambassadors sister in law back in 1896. King Gojong was the first Korean to drink coffee and he loved it so much he brought it to his country. Coffee fueled a lot of society as a stimulant to get their work done and coffee was seen as Western and modern. They can drink coffee black and strong because it was similar to their herbal medicinal teas esp. those that could afford it the upper class and aristocracy. 1902 was the first coffee shop was recorded in Korea and modern ones popped up in 1927 but coffee definitely took off once instant coffee was introduced to Korea after liberation from Japan and after the Korean war. After the Korean War, and the rebuilding of their country, coffee was the fuel to that engine of revitalization to the country. Instant coffee was more readily available to the masses to everyone in Korea could drink it rather than only the rich. Coffee culture is so fascinating and it hold such significant meaning to Koreans and their lifestyle, and history. Even now coffee fuels students in school who are studying to enter the best schools in Korea and a head start in life. Their bodies are not filled with blood but with coffee lol

I'm a Korean who lived in the States since 14. I can't do Americanos either.
