Here's my bts story! It's nothing special and i might've mentioned it before: I knew about bts since 2015. I got into shinee around 2010 but that didn't last long and i quickly moved on. I still like their music and they were my first kpop group that i listened to so it's special. Taemin's music is amazing. Anyways i was subscribed to the fine brothers channel and they started posting reaction videos of bts's music videos and the first one i watched was dope.. so dope is my FIRST official bts song i ever heard. I immediately loved the song and downloaded it onto my ipod. However i didn't think much about the music video itself, i didn't care about the choreo and their outfits weren't anything special in my eyes. (Clueless me, i was really ignorant at the time.) 2016 another reaction dropped for blood sweat and tears and i watched it, 2017 dna dropped and i watched it and then fast forward to december 2017 bts was EVERYWHERE. I couldn't get away from them. I kept wondering.. "why is this group so popular, what's so special about them? I don't understand." So i clicked on a few compilations of the boys goofing around and in that moment, i fell in love. It wasn't necessarily their music or their looks that drew me in, what truly captivated me was seeing how genuine, affectionate, humble, dorky, funny, and loving these boys were towards each other and their fans. I never seen anything like it before. It made me appreciate their music that much more and i started deep diving into their lyrics and tons of other content like AHL and rookie king, even staying up until 5AM. I was unemployed during this time and it helped a lot with my boredom. They kept me great company. 🥰 I even remember googling their names and being so excited that me and jhope shared the same birthday.. it was crazy to me how young they were! It was nice to see a group of artists that were the same age as me. I was there for hopeworld and fake love was my first comeback which blew my mind in so many ways. Nothing will EVER top that comeback, i'm sorry!! 🔥🔥 (2025 comeback possibly?!?) It made me realize how hard working and talented these boys were, the artistry behind the making of their mvs, there was no turning back. It took me a month of getting into bts to figure out who my bias was. February was that month! 💘💜

Yes! Namjoon and yoongi went to the same highschool during their pre-debut days. 😊 There's pictures online! Here's a cute video of some grad pics of namjoon: https://youtu.be/sGKM1KX7UQY The fireworks were EXTREMELY beautiful and i loved how everything was synced up with the music. I'd probably be crying if i was there in person. Butterfly was emotional. 😭 I agree joon did seem a little nervous, it's cute. Tae's lag during that phone call LMAO.

I wasn't sure what this live was all about either initially, but it turned out to be very emotional. Especially when Namjoon was singing 'Wild Flower.' I will definitely watch this over and over!

My bts story isnt interesting but I'm really proud for being army for almost 9 years I always knew about bts i liked kpop since early 2nd gen I was ( still am) deep into SHINee so i wasnt looking for another group but then I heard just one day and fell completely down the rabbit hole 2014/2015 really changed alot of my life dark &wild especially since it was my first album and comeback even now it's one of my favorite album largely because of the memories I never really got into Fandoms with kpop I always listened and enjoyed the artists side of the experience but I never joined in fan activities or even a fan club that side of it was always not for me but bts and army changed that lol even something as simple as posting about them on social media I'm really grateful to bts because they showed me how not to hide the things that I love and to openly and sometimes very loudly support what makes me happy regardless of what people think
