I wanted to write to you quickly and say thank you so much for a new month here. It going to be so exciting with Runs, Logs and Memories. We are almost getting to Season Greetings and Summer Package 2016 in 2 weeks. We are excited for tonight's video and I was just reading over any messages I received in the dm this week, exit surveys and such and wanted to see if there is anything we can do to make this experience for all new and old people more enjoyable so feel free to dm us with anything .

If you were here here back in July you would know that the platform we used to upload our videos as a url deleted all our videos making the videos unavailable for a few days as we fixed each link manually. At the time it was about 300 + videos. Occasionally one of the platforms we use causes links to break from time to time from to many clicks. If you come across one feel free to dm us for a quicker way to fix them permanently then commenting on the video because sometimes we don't see those comments right away from mobile.

is if you attempt to push the play button on the thumbnail and it doesn't play it may not be that the video is not working its that there is a link in the description to click sometimes more than one if there is two parts. We plan on transitioning out the google drive links because the site breaks the links with dropbox. Even if they work so we dont have this issue. There is some that go to another site but they all work.

This past couple of Weeks I was creating a folder and sub folders for everything uploaded here to be in one location to fix things quickly. We had several externals and computers and not great organization when it came to naming everything the same so locating some of them was tricky.

I started looking for those broken links to run like a maintenance and up keep of everything. I checked every video and tag to fix links right now and downloaded them and swap at the links. I will do this monthly at the start of each new month to make sure everything wanting to be viewed is available to watch but by doing this now there shouldn't be any broken links after today as I will fix the videos right now.

These had the broken links they are downloading and will be swapped out.
