Can you please react to let’s eat dinner together with Jin and jungkook next ? Basically they both have to go to random people’s house and convince them to have dinner together with them. They get to talk to armys and how their parents think about their kids investing so much time in bts. It’s really interesting and funny and I know you’ll like it.

Armys know him from the 1 second but you need to understand that Bts in that time are not the same populaity they have now and the general people distinc bts from the dances not the vocals.

America had copy righted The Masked Signer from Korea, it is originally from Korea even BTS did had a video about it and it is like from December and the Masked singer in America was early this year if I'm right 😅

I wish I knew you were going to react to this ahead of time I would have linked the full performances. MBC only posts a short clip of the performance on youtube. The whole performance is MUCH longer.

Oh these arent the full clips. For some reason they didnt show the full clip. I dont know why they cut it so early when theres still a whole half a song left. The 2nd part of Jungkook's If You performance is so beautiful and the judges had such nice things to day. I wish this was the full thing but I appreciate you reacting to this anyway

If You is a cover by another boy band, very big during their time which is Big Bang. If you can’t see the full song, react to JK’s lyric video of If You. It’s because of his rendition that made me download this song JK version of course and listen to it over and over.. his voice has always been the reason that he bias wreck me sometimes.. also, I saw your videos on the final concert.. not watching it yet cos I don’t want spoilers.. gonna catch it in the theatres later with my ARMY friends.. so excited for it!! We’re getting ready as though we’re going to a real concert.. army bombs and all.. haha

Josh of course you know Jungkook's voice and so do armys!!! but these types of shows must distinguish from literally like hundreds of possible korean singers and not all of them necessarily have to be "idols" as well, so theres so many possibilities from whos under the mask and when this was filmed bts wasnt as popular with the general public as you might think. theres so many artists in korea and the general public there hears so much music just like in america or in any country so its hard to tell for casual listeners so thats why its hard for them.

i think you guys chose wrong clips? why are these clips are all half of it😂 there are full versions definitely. the second parts are the highlights and every second parts are cut it out.. i'm so sad :( but it's nice to see you guys react to JK's performances😉

They literally said they were gonna react to this on their Bon Voyage video so don't blame them for not watching the video you were expecting for them to watch when you didn't send them the clips they should watch. The reaction is great and i love yall as always

I have to admit i prefer the original If You but ofc jungkooks voice is angelic and he did the best cover of it that ive heard. Also BTS wasnt THIS popular back then and there and hundreds of idols in korea and private people can compete in this show as well so its really hard for the judges to know who it is when it can be someone who isnt even an idol :)

I found If You because of JK. This song is heartbreakingly beautiful especially G-Dragon's singing. Ofc it's hard to compare it since JK sang it alone while the original was sung by 5. The emotional pull was ofcourse gonna be a lot stronger. But i loved this song and kookie bun did really great here. 🥰 Thanks to him I found this song cos it never leaves my playlist 🤧

This was around the time they were starting to get big so many people had no idea who they were. As a fan of sungkyu( the person they were guessing it was) i could see the similarites in their voices. Never really noticed it until now haha. Also yes the usa got rights to the show. They got rights to the show "the good doctor" as well. Im more of a fan of the korean drama though. Anyways jungkook never fails to impress with his beauitful voice. I heard rumors that bv4 is to air in december or january.

Masked Singer did copy from the South Korean show. The early commercials in US even advertised "Based on the hit show in South Korea" but our costumes in the U.S are more elaborate. It is a great concept no matter the country.

One more thing I wanted to mention, all the contestants come from varying occupations, not all of them are actually singers so its way more difficult to guess who these people are. You have Actors/actresses, hosts/MCs, comedians, announcers, athletes, chefs, djs, musicians, designers, and so many more. Hearing a random person sing all of a sudden and having to guess from the thousands of possible people from dozens of occupations is INSANELY difficult. There are times I watch the show and im SURE of the identity and then I realize im wrong. Plus even if BTS was as big as they are now, the judges would still struggle guessing who it was. There are plenty of insanely popular celebrities who go on this show and no one realizes its them. Besides really dedicated army, or those who are informed about the members and possible voices, there really is no way for anyone to realize thats jungkook singing. These judges are comedians, idols, composers, producers, songwriters, singers, and so on. Unless they listen to BTS alot, or worked with them, they would have no idea what each of their voices sounds like. So to us armys it may seem obvious, but thats because we endlessly listen to BTS and know everything about them. When Jimin was a guest judge on this show, a fellow idol-friend from Got7 was on the show, and Jimin didn't even realize it was him. Guessing a voice among so many possibilities is hard. But thats why this show is fun to watch.

Think I commented in the wrong spot before. You can watch the Korean Masked Singer on Viki channel/app or Kocowa. They are subscription channels. I believe Jimin was a judge on the show once.
